30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your first month of service is 100% refundable if:

  • You contact us within 30 calendar days from your subscription start date.
  • You let us know you’re dissatisfied with the performance of JuanIQ during that time.

No complicated forms. No fine print. Just send us a message via a support ticket on the Customer Support Page, and we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Ongoing Monthly Billing

  • Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis.
  • After your first 30 days, all subsequent payments are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your billing date.

What’s Not Covered

  • Refunds requested after the first 30 days.
  • Partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
  • Refunds due to trading losses or market volatility (as Forex trading involves inherent risk).
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your first month:

    1. Send us a message via a support ticket on the Customer Support Page.
    2. Include your full nameemail used to register, and reason for the request (optional but appreciated).
    3. We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days and notify you via email.
